Comparing Apple's Macbook Pro M1 and iPhone First Model from 2007

The Apple Macbook Pro M1 released in 2022 is a powerful laptop with the new advanced M1 processor, giving it to some quicker performance over previous models. It boasts 8-core CPU, the latest graphics processors, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of storage. It also comes with the new features like a high brightness Retina display, Touch Bar and Touch ID, and amazing battery life.

The first iPhone model released in 2007 had many features that were revolutionary at the time. It had a 3.5-inch display, 320 x 480 resolution at 163 ppi, a 2-megapixel rear camera, and 128MB RAM. However, compared to current day technology, these features are quite outdated. Additionally, the original iPhone ran on the first version of Appleā€™s iOS, and it could not run many of the apps that are available today.

When comparing the Macbook Pro M1 to the original iPhone, there is really no comparison. While the Macbook Pro has all the latest hardware, superior performance, and more features, the iPhone is lacking and outdated with its low resolution display, modest RAM, and inability to run modern apps. However, the original iPhone did pave the way for the current day iPhones that are more powerful and feature-rich.
